BBC TRAVEL - PANIC ATTACKS ARE LIKE DEATH (2015)

   I'm very fortunate to be a comfortable diver, but for many that isn't the case. Erin is a travel writer who suffers from anxiety but wanted to challenge herself, spending 3 days getting certified as a PADI Open Water Diver.

 

   Under expert guidance and private tutoring, Erin was able to complete the course, even going down deep in the process. However there were many challenging moments behind and in front of the camera along the way. 

 

   Working with talent that isn't necessarily super comfortable in the water takes time and patience. Over the course of multiple days we dove with Erin, always making sure she was doing ok and being comfortable with the camera.
